Lead Remodeler
Duties:
- Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Be responsible for A Quality for Carpentry/Home Remodeling/Home Improvement task. - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration industry
- Proficient in using power tools and carpentry equipment.
- Strong knowledge of the remodeling processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
